Designation: Sales Coordinator

Job Location: Delhi

Job Experience: 2-5 years 

Job Brief: 

• Coordination with Modern Trade (Reliance Retail, Spencer’s, Aditya Birla, Max hyper Market, Godfrey Phillips, Wal-Mart, Metro etc.)
• Coordinate all Institution Vendor for Rate, Purchase Order and Dispatch.
• Ensuring that all inquiries are complete with accurately, timely and professionally. Tracking sales order to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
• Ensure order every month from every retailer for every product.
• Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
• Speaking with customers using clear and professional language.
• Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
• Responding to sales queries via phone & e-mail.
• Monitoring Promoters Team.
