Job Brief: 

* Experience in Purchase – IT, Chem Lab Requirement, Consumables, Opex for Mall/Corporate, AMCs & Misc indirect purchase.

Job Role : -

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy for the given profile of IT, Lab Requirement, Consumables, spend related to Operation expenses for Mall/Corporate, various AMCs and Misc indirect purchases.

Supplier Identification and Evaluation: Identify potential suppliers, conduct thorough evaluations, and establish long-term partnerships with vendors that offer competitive pricing, reliability, and quality materials.

Negotiation: Sending enquiries, receiving offers,  Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, including pricing, payment schedules, and delivery terms, while considering market dynamics and cost-saving opportunities.

Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procurement guidelines. Monitor and track order status to ensure timely deliveries.

Co-ordination:  Ensure smooth co-ordination with user dept and corresponding with suppliers to ensure supplier performance.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as supply disruptions or quality issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging suppliers in the given profile  to make informed procurement decisions.

Cost Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs through supplier negotiations, alternative sourcing, and process improvements, without compromising quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT,  R&D, QA, Maintenance & Operations to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with overall business goals.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.
