Designation: Area Manager Sales  & Service

Job Location: Bangalore, Kolkata, Uttarakhand,

Education – electronics & Instrumentation

Job Experience: 5-10 years 

Job Brief: Sales & Service of of scientific and industrial instruments in particle, aerosol and process analytical technology products.

-          Attend Breakdowns of allotted customer and provide them prompt after sales support

-          Visit customers, OEMs to generate leads, understand requirements, develop, and offer solution

-          Make Service Contracts (AMCs) with customer to generate service revenue

-          Revenue generation from new end users and OEMs

-          Farming of existing customers and OEMs and increase turnover

-          Provide after sales support to customers & attend machine breakdown and repair.

-          Industry segments to focus viz. pharmaceutical & biotechnology, automotive & filters, semiconductor & electronics, defense, space & aeronautics, oil & power and other hi-tech manufacturing industries, environmental monitoring, scientific & industrial research etc.

-          Co-ordination with internal/external customers for processing PO, account receivables, machine dispatches and installation

-          Responsibility: To ensure achieve budgeted target from given territory
