The interviewer will ask questions that are designed to help you give evidence of the personal qualities needed to perform the role. Usually, you will be expected to give an example of how you have demonstrated these qualities in the past.

Questions might be along the line of:

  1. deal with an unhappy customer
  2. prioritise work tasks
  3. work as a member of a team
  4. show initiative
  5. work to a tight deadline
  6. overcome a difficult situation
  7. go above and beyond the normal duties of your role
  8. work with others to solve a problem
