Job Brief:

Make efforts to convert potential into actual and establish customer database, and use CRM tool to manage customer contact information 10 Responsibility of pricing and quotation to customers. Follow up project offers, make good efforts to win project and get win-win situation together with customer and company 11 12 13 14 Finish all the other works appointed by superior Self-motivated and strong self-learning capability. Meet requirements of organizational MIS on all reports, customer enquiry and projects database etc.. Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Production) from a reputed institution, preferably with MBA/PGDBM. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through team responsiveness, timely deliveries and support on quality and commercial matters. Monitor and control accounts receivables . Maintain strong customer relationships and build company brand visibility through technical expos, seminars, plant visits and participation in industry trade shows. To identify , Genrate and handle the new RFQs Be vigilant about Market, customer, competition, new technolgies related information and sharing regularly, which may support / effect company business. Responsible for overall sales activties in the defined area. Define & Implement market strategy to generate new business for short -long term sales growth in defined area. Making and achiveing sales budget and margins for the company. Identify and acuiring new business ( new customers / new products/ new applications ) and expand business with existing customers.
